radeon 9600 winfast pvr windows dont vanish clo

Well, got Winfast working (Glass gets turned off), but no volume control.....any idea?
I've also found that (mostly while watching TV on Winfast) that when I close other windows, they often don't vanish from the desktop - can be very annoying. Have tried the Microsft and ATI drivers.

Java has the habit of "Breaking" Aero's glass, If Winfast is a java app, you can try to download a beta version of the Sun Java 6 JRE.. this java beta seems to have resolved the issue.
